Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Settings" -> "Tabs" -> "Close tabs" and set the tabs to close "After one month".
2. Open a few tabs and close the app.
3. Set the device date to 14 days in the future.
4. Launch the app and open the tabs tray.
5. Expand the inactive tabs section.

Expected behavior

"Tabs are available here for 30 days. After that time, tabs will be automatically closed" message is displayed at the bottom of the "Inactive tabs" section.

Actual behavior

There is no message displayed.
