Browser Crashes when changing Master Password Timeout setting from the default
"The first time it is needed" to either of the other two options ("every time",
or "if it has not been used for X minutes"), it crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and Security
2. In the 'Master Password Timeout' section, click in the radio button that says
"Every time it is needed" or "If it has not been used for X minutes or longer".
3. As soon as you click in the radio button of either of these two options, the
browser crashes.

Actual Results:
pop up box - Mozilla.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.
You will need to restart the program.
