Details

What's expected is:
left click > switch to the tab
ctrl+enter/middle click > open url in new tab
shitft enter/click > open url in new window
ctrl+shitclick/shift+middle click open url in background tab

What happens is:
left click > switch to tab
all the others > load the url in current tab.

So one easily navigates away from the current url by accident. Since the modifiers behave differently to other urlbar results.
