When opening a link from pinned tab with tab group directly to the right of pinned tabs (US-en) the link opened a tab into the tab group. Would expect it to open before or after.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Pin a tab with links on it
  2. Create a tab group directly next to the pinned tab
  3. Open a link from the pinned tab

Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
Expected that the tab would open to the left of the tab group

Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
Tab opened into the tab group
