In bug 1713831 we found that the intervention is no longer needed on Reddit, as they aren't using draft.js anymore. So we can remove Reddit for the list of draft.js sites. Also, since TextEvent is being shipped in 129 as of bug 1835339, we can disable the intervention entirely if that event is supported, which should be easy to do.
