Firefox for Android
Steps to reproduce:
Download and install the firefox nightly app from Google Play Store. Go to settings -> Customize -> Scroll to hide address bar and toolbar (enable). Open any website and start scrolling.
Actual results:
When scrolling the address bar and toolbar area (footer and banner) do indeed disappear depending on which direction you scroll, but instead of displaying the website in that area, the black (or white in case your theme is light) bars are displayed instead.
Expected results:
Address bar or toolbar should disappear and display the website I am currently scrolling.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Fenix::Toolbar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I was not able to reproduce this issue in the latest Nightly 134.0a1 from 11/06.
Tested with the following devices: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Android 14), Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13), Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 (Android 12), Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14), LG G7 fit (Android 9) and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T (Android 11).
Waiting for additional details from the reporter.

I think I've been experiencing the same problem lately, here's a video I've recorded this morning showcasing the issue. At first I've thought this was a bug in the website shown in the recording (https://prohardver.hu), but I've seen this happen on other websites since.
The device I'm using is a Huawei P30 running Android 10 with the latest Firefox Nightly currently available through Google Play.
Here's the data from about:support

After writing my above comment I'd checked Google Play again and there was a newer build which I'd installed and I can no longer reproduce the issue.

Thank you zoltan.savics for the info and update. It appears that the video recording you shared is not available. Could you upload it directly to this ticket as an attachment, or to Google drive and share the link please, for future reference?
Glad to hear that the issue is fixed in the latest version.
I think we can close this for now, but feel free to reopen or file a new issue if the problem resurfaces.

The issue seems to be resolved but I haven't changed anything. But I have some context, when I noticed the issue, I updated the app to the latest version in the playstore, but the issue still persisted, then I turned off the setting and posted this issue here. Since then the phone had multiple reboots and after noticing the reply to this issue I tried turning on the setting back on and the issue can't be reproduced anymore. Regarding the device I am using it is Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S
and here is the about:support. This also might occur only on specific sites, however I can't recall the sites I was browsing at the time.
