Steps to reproduce:
closed and reopened TBird
Uninstalled and reinstalled TBird
Followed video solutions re: view, toolbar and customize. No send in list of options
Actual results:
nothing
Send is Also missing from customize toolbar
Expected results:
Need to see send button in customize toolbar or mail window. also, forward and reply don't work because of no send button

The button to create a new message is the "Write" button. The "Send" button appears on the compose/Write window. There was never a "Send" button on the main window.

Maybe I misspoke, but I can't send a message, either a new, forwarded, or reply. No send options. Sorry for any inconvenience.

New Info, Ctrl + Enter will work as an alt send.
Looks like you switched the "Composition Toolbar" off.
View > Toolbars > Composition Toolbar.
BTW, that can also be configured to bring back the "Send" button if it got lost.
Oops, you switched off the menubar, too. So then press the Alt key to temporarily show the menubar again.
