We should switch to running unit tests on SDK 35 as soon as Robolectric supports it.

This includes adapting and/or adding unit tests for code that rely on SDK version assertions related to SDK 35.

There are 3 sub-tests which fail with SDK 35 set. I've added @Ignore annotations to them in this patch with the intent that bug 1929237 will fix and re-enable them.
