Junk mail is no longer getting flagged in my incoming mail. The feature is
turned on, but I have an empty (enabled) log. This is a regression, as things
were definitely working in at least some of the nightlies- I think it might have
broken very close to 1.3b release.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable junk mail control
2. Turn on logging
3. Suck in incoming mail
Actual Results:
no more junk mail after upgrade to 1.3b.
Expected Results:
marked something -- ANYTHING -- as junk.

this bug has gone away. I can't tell what fixed it. Either removing the
"attachments" from mailViews.dat or running the junk mail filters (which cleared
everything) and then reseting a bunch of them. sorry.
