Actual Behavior::
Error pop-up is present

Notes:

• Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproduces in firefox-nightly
• Does not reproduce in firefox-release, and chrome

That error message is a clear Akamai request ID. :( It works for me right now, so this is intermittent, but I'm 99.9% sure this is "just" bug 1903597.
