Win ME, Mozilla 1.3 beta clean binary install but using the old email
directories.  Rules worked on earlier builds.  The rules originated from an
anti-SPAM website and are Netscape rules saved as rules.dat and modified
extensively using Mozilla 1.1 and 1.2 and 1.3, many rules combined and refined.
 Only a small % of rules report the newer version error and are disabled, the
rest are enabled.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Message Filters
2.Look over list of rules for those not enabled
3.Check Enable reports the version error

Actual Results:  
Clean install of Mozilla 1.3beta on a clean Windows install, 3-4 weeks old.  Old
Mozilla email directories were retained and renabled.

Expected Results:  
Since the rules work in 2 earlier versions as expected and the now non-working
rules were edited in the earlier versions I expect it work the same in the
current build.

The rules originated from an anti-spam website for an unknown version of
Netscape but worked in 1.1 & 1.2.

This is the rules.dat.	The first rule, "This is not Spam" is just 1 example. 
Bulk mailers, OPM Network are other examples further down.  This orignated from
an old list, Not all rules are used due to spam sites change, quotes may be
improperly used, etc.  I just added as needed.

These rules expect 2 folders exist in Local Folders->Spam and Suspect.

Is this bug at all reproducible (or still relevant) with recent builds?  Please
update with new test info or close the bug.
