For NSS QA on Windows XP, we need to create WINNT5.1_* symlinks
in mozilla/dist, pointing to WINNT4.0_*.

is where we create the symlinks in mozilla/dist for
QA purposes.

r=sonmi, patch is fine
You also have to make sure the modified script is being copied to the directory
you are actually running it from. It is most likely the same directory that has
all the QA scripts.

Thanks for the code review and pointer, Sonja.
Patch checked in the tip. Copied the current mksymlinks
to /share/builds/sbstools/nsstools/nssqa/tests/ at
Netscape.
