Looks like perf.compare doesn't add status/confidence filters as part of the url, so sharing the link doesn't give the right view to the test results.

Yes indeed!
Outreachy applicants contributed some code to support this, so it will be probably implemented soon, when we'll be able to review them and possible fix them before landing. So hopefully in a few days!
