Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 131.0.3 (release)
Preconditions:
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://ethique.co.nz/
- Click on the "Cart" button located in the page header and observe
Expected Behavior:
A side pop-up informing that the cart is empty is triggered
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
- Other buttons located in the area are not affected (account, search)

Shopping cart is broken because rebuyengine.com is blocked. Works in ETP Standard so classified as S3

This seems to be fixed with global baseline exception of rebuyengine (see https://etp-exceptions.mozilla.org/). @raul can you please verify whether this is also fixed for you? Thanks!

The exception seemed to fix the issue, it works regardless of the ETP setting.
