http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/demo/expando.html is old and out of date. It
has a few good examples, but there are more within Mozilla itself (with their
added bloat).

Bug 122411 has an example:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=114190&action=view

That would be good for webtree.
Maybe we could create an examples dir from:
http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/web-developer/
called:
http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/web-developer/examples.
I agree.

Per discussion on #mozwebtools,
http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/web-developer/examples has been created.

Resolving as FIXED.

We need a page to tell about the examples directory.

Summary: A webtree section standards-compliant document examples. → A webtree section for standards-compliant document examples.
two demo links added to
http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/web-developer/

/catalog is for cataloging only, new docs should be in docs/web-developer/.
Nicholas Bebout, mind if I remove the kitchen sink from /catalog?

That's fine. I would suggest docs/web-developer/examples.
3 more links added -> fixed
