Attachment: Artifacts flash when background page is shown for the fist time

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 10; Mobile; rv:134.0) Gecko/134.0 Firefox/134.0

Steps to reproduce:

• open Fenix Nightly in PBM mode
• have these settings on:
  1. Customize: Swipe address bar sideways to switch tabs
  2. Accessibility: Automatic font sizing
  3. Accessibility: Zoom on all websites
• open a bug with dependencies or do a search that produces a bugs list
• long press on a bug link and choose Open link in private tab
• side-swipe address bar to change tab to the opened bug

Actual results:

Bug page opens in the mobile view. There is a brief flash of artifacts in the upper right corner of the page upon initial bug page display.

Expected results:

Bug page should open without any artifacts flashing.

Bugzilla: the current version @ bugzilla.mozilla.org
Browser: Fenix Nightly on Android 9.
