when i place the cursor over the left iframe and i try to scroll using the
scroller the iframe does not react

other pages with iframes do work and this page used to work in 1.2.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load page
2.place cursor over left iframe
3.try to scroll

Actual Results:  
no scrolling

Expected Results:  
iframe should scroll
That is not an iframe, its a div with overflow set to auto.
