1931722 - Open blocked pop-ups should remove duplicate pop-ups

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the setting to "Block pop-up windows" in Firefox
2. Click repeatedly (e.g. 5 times) on a link that wants to open a pop-up

Actual results:

Firefox shows a notification telling the user that pop-ups were blocked. Upon clicking on the blocked pop-ups icon in the url bar, the user is given the possibility to open all (5) blocked pop-ups, even though they all open the exact same pop-up.

Expected results:

Firefox should only open one of the duplicate pop-ups.

Hello! I have managed to reproduce the issue with firefox 134.0a1(2024-11-18) on Ubuntu 22.04.
I will mark this issue as NEW and set a component for it in order to get our developers involved and provide a solution in the feature.
If it's not the right component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
