This example is bassed on section 5.12.2 of the CSS2 specification, which is
available <A HREF="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/selector.html#first-
letter">here</A>.

Basically, it should be possible to float a first-letter pseudo element and
thus create a proper drop-cap.
