OS: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS (basically Ubuntu 22.04, with GNOME)
I have a PC with a single monitor, but I often disconnect it to connect it to my laptop, and then connect it back to my PC. The monitor has a 4k resolution (384x2160px), and in my PC's settings I set the scaling to 200% (basically, I want everything 2x bigger, as if the monitor was 1920x1080px).
When I:
- open Firefox, and maximize the window
- disconnect the monitor
- reconnect the minotor
Firefox gets rendered too big, as if my monitor was twice as large (see the attached screenshot, which is my whole screen)
The workaround is that I have to unmaximize the window, and then re-maximize it.
