Bug 1926936 adds a log for purged sites. Once we have that information we can include it for webcompat reports. When the user reports an issue for the current site we can query this log and include a boolean or timestamp if / when this site has last been purged by BounceTrackingProtection. This can be used to identify webcompat issues caused by Bounce Tracking Protection.
