Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the BBC News site 2.Scroll to read the website 3. Actual Results: The Java applet scrolls along with the browser when scrolling down. When scrolling up, the Java applet deposits remnents along the page effectively making the site impossible to view. Expected Results: The Java applet should have stayed in its initial place when scrolling down and it should not leave remnents along the page when scrolling up.
