Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.shellacfinishes.com/introduction/
  2. Scroll the page

Expected Behavior:
The user is able to scroll

Actual Behavior:
The page doesn't move

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome
