When I started up mozilla 1.3b didn't show any pages or mail sending was not
possbile. Downloading the latest realease in nightly solved the problem. I
hadn't rebooted or done anything just download a newer version and all was OK again

1.OPen mozilla
2. No page opens

Actual Results:  
No pages loaded

Expected Results:  
Loaded 4 html pages
>download a newer version and all was OK again

that means that this is already fixed -> wfm
