Hey, please move this if this is not correctly filed.

This has been a problem for a while(dont know since what version unfortunately, maby 131?). I can only reproduce it on an ipad, not iphone, with current latest ios 18.1 and firefox 132.1 (todays date: 20th november 2024)
Steps to reproduce:
Open firefox on your ipad
go to Youtube.com in a new tab (so you have atleast 2 tabs open, one new tab, and the youtube tab)
start playing a video.
switch back to the newtab. (the audio keeps playing as expected)
switch back to the youtube tab.
close the youtube tab. (the audio keeps playing, not expected)

Have played videos while filling in this, going over adds aswell and switching randomly to new videos. so 10+ minutes

to stop the audio.
either close the browser or open new site from the newtab
