Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ensure the "Open previous windows and tabs" option is enabled
  2. Open 10 windows, each with a couple of tabs open
  3. Close all windows at once
  4. Open Firefox and some of the previous windows will reopen

Actual results:

Only some of the windows will reopen, not all of them.

Tested in Arch Linux, against Firefox 132 and 131 (both installed via Flatpak).

Expected results:

All of the windows should reopen.

Can this please be looked at with some priority and marked with an appropriate severity? I have already lost tabs that I have previously kept open for months. Now I have to copy all open tabs in all open windows every time before I close Firefox / shutdown my computer so that I can later restore what I had open. I really don't want to have to keep doing this every single day for the next months/years.
