Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://avaloniaui.net/
  2. Scroll down the page and observe
  3. Scroll up again and observe
  4. Keep doing this multiple times and observe

Expected Behavior:
Page elements are visible

Actual Behavior:
The elements that are supposed to animate are only after a couple of scrolls

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome
