This pings comes from the Fx apps on all platforms and should shred the usage-reporting tables based on usage.profile_id.

Shredder is configured in bigquery-etl.
We need to extend the config here: https://github.com/mozilla/bigquery-etl/blob/60fea351c69197d73c9ea48dc9a3016b098f4ad9/bigquery_etl/shredder/config.py#L94-L133
