In https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D229667#7947185 we updated the Bookmarks move icon to be the official Acorn version. We missed adding a default fill color. Address this as suggested by the comment in that patch
The default fill color for the bookmarks move icon was missed
during the update to the official Acorn version. This patch fixes
that.
