Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a site.
2. Visit a link on site
3. Tap and hold on back button

Expected behavior

Menu appears with tab history and allows users to navigate to previous pages.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens.

Screenshot attached of feature working in Firefox beta. mozregression somehow showed both builds being bad, so not sure what's going on there.
