Steps to reproduce:

  1. I have the main browser window open with the tabs pinned
  2. I open a new private window
  3. I close the main browser window, while not closing the private window
  4. I open the main browser window and all the pinned tabs are gone

Actual results:

All pinned tabs in the browser disappear

Expected results:

All pinned tabs should be saved
