Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to youtube.com
2. click address bar

What happens:

Firefox does not offer to let me add youtube as a search engine.

Expected result:

Some way to add youtube as a search engine. I looked inside the dropdown menu to see if the feature had been moved there - no.

It looks like a regression also when ScotchBonnet is not enabled. QA pointed out this is not true, so likely dupe of Bug 1932106?
It's still possible to add engine through the right click context menu, though oneoffs shouldn't have broken.

Yup this is a dupe and the fix has just landed
