Create a debug drawer "addresses" section with the ability to toggle on new locales for testing in the nightly channel only. Populate it with two locales to start: FR and DE

It looks like these are all timeouts, is it possible that this is an infrastructure issue? This code isn't remotely related to mda. How can I run these tests locally or through try?

I have requested a new set of retriggers and backfills to test it out.
and will reland your patch if results aren't concluded.

you can use ./mach try fuzzy to select jobs you want to run on try.
