Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.latuadietapersonalizzata.it/amp/2024/11/24/pasta-trova
2. Observe

Expected Behavior:
The cookie policy loads

Actual Behavior:
An empty pop-up is triggered

Notes:

• Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode and ETP Standard mode
• Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
• Does not reproduce in chrome
• With ETP set to STRICT, the policy is missing

Seems like this could be related to cookies from this console message: Request to access cookie or storage on “https://cmp.inmobi.com/tcfv2/amp.html” was blocked because it came from a tracker and content blocking is enabled.. Also, changing the network.cookie.cookieBehavior.trackerCookieBlocking pref to false fixes the popup.

The cookie policy works with ETP Off and the popup does not appear in ETP Strict so there is still mitigation so marking as S3.
