Description: Download not starting.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tried downloading the file, download wouldn't start, turned on JavaScript, allowing first-party cookies and web fonts, still didn't work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://briarproject.org/installing-apps-via-direct-download
2. Tap on https://briarproject.org/apk/briar.apk located at step "1)" on the website.
3. Tap on "Download" button.

Expected: Notification that the file was downloaded is shown or a Downloads section exists on the browser
Actual: Nothing is shown while the file is downloaded, the only way to tell that the file was downloaded is to try downloading the file again and the name will appear as a duplicate "briar(1)"
