1933427 - deb: Maintainer field should be "Mozilla" and not "Mozilla Releng"

Releng is the name of the team. it is purely internal:

$ apt-cache show firefox-nightly-l10n-fr|grep Maintainer   
Maintainer: Mozilla Releng <[e-mail]>

Thanks for reporting this discrepancy! I agree, people from the outside don't know what RelEng stand for.

The fix should be a matter of changing 4 lines of text[1]. Marking issue as good-first-bug.
