Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 132.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbjPnXaacAU
- Play the video and observe the bottom of the page
Expected Behavior:
The tooltip bar hides
Actual Behavior:
The tooltip bar stays open
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
- Hovering over the link or over videos seems to fix the issue
