Problem: The browser locks up instantly when accessing this URL

 Environment: WinntSP4using a proxy server


The browser does display some text from the site, but it does not fully load and
locks.

Slow to load at some points, but loading does complete for me.   Does have a
period of several seconds where page displays some text, which is then erased
and redrawn.   A layout problem?
The site works now w/ milestone 12.  There are some image rollover issues.
There
is a delay with the image rollover load, and misc. display issues when
performing the rollover.  This could be a new bug.  The environment is Win95C.
