Steps to reproduce

1. Go to mobly.com.br
2. fill in the delivery address form and press the "Save & Continue" button to submit the form

Expected result

• Save Address doorhanger should be capturing all the mandatory fields

Actual result

• "ZIP code" wasn't captured in the Save Address doorhanger.
• US captured as the country
