[Prerequisites]:

• Have a new profile created and opened.
• Have the “browser.search.region” pref set to “US” in the “about:config” page.
• Be enrolled in the “Fakespot” branch of the TBR Fakespot feed experiment.

[Steps to reproduce]:
Open a new tab.
Hover the “contextual menu” button from the Big Rectangle.
Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• There is a tooltip if the “contextual menu” button from the Big rectangle is hovered.

[Actual result]:

• There is no tooltip if the “contextual menu” button from the Big Rectangle is hovered

• This issue is not reproducible on the “Newsfeed” branch.
