When you have the address book sidebar open, and use the mouse to adjust the
width border left and right, there is a point where it just collapses all the
way to the left, as if you clicked the collapse button.

When it is closed, and you try to drag it slightly open, it jumps way open.

Ralated to Bug 142751?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open address book sidebar
2. click and drag on rightside border and try to adjust width of sidebar left
and right

Actual Results:
side bar jumps all the way closed, or a long way open.

Expected Results:
side bar border should adjust incrementally, and smootly.
Are you in the Browser when adding the Address Book Sidebar or are you in
another window such as the Mail window or the Address Book window?

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

reproduction information if you have it.
