1934592 - [Menu Redesign] Add test tags for the redesigned menu items

Mobile test eng has started automating some UI tests for the new menu, and we'd like to ask for some help in simplifying the identification of the elements.
If possible, please add test tags for a unique identification of (at least) the following elements:

• Tools menu title: at the moment matching the content description does not work as it is (see screenshot)
• Save menu title: at the moment matching the content description does not work as it is (see screenshot)
• Extensions menu title: we'd need to have a unique matcher to work regardless of addons installed (see 2 screenshots, one with no add-ons and one with an addon installed)
• Extensions> Recommended addons list: being a dynamically populated list, it would be good to have a general tag matcher for the addon title, icon, and install button to allow flexibility in matching any addon in the list.
• *for all other elements, if possible.

This will simplify our selectors so we can add more coverage.
