I have reproduced this issue using Firefox 135.0a1 (2024.12.02) on Windows 10.
I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using latest Nightly Firefox 135.0a1 and Firefox 134.0b10 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22 and macOS 12, following the test plan from https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D230882, the Firefox logo behave like the Weather widget does.
