Type Alt-R. Note that the document reloads. Type Alt-N (open new browser window.) Close that window. Focus is now back in the first window. Type Alt-R. Nothing happens. Click in the window. Type Alt-R. Now it reloads. I suppose creating a new window changes the (internal) widget focus to somewhere bad, or something?
