When Mozilla is run msdctw.exe uses a lot of CPU and the machine responds
slower. Usualy this is not a big problem, but once (after a long use) the CPU
usage increased to 50% and could not be decreased. It decreased by closing
Mozilla completely.

this is not part of mozilla and why you ase sure that this is a bug in mozilla
nd not in this "msdctw.exe" ?

It's a part of Windows (I'm running 98).
I'm not saying that it's a bug in Mozilla, I just want to point out that
previous versions (before 1.3b) haven't had any similar problems (nor do other
software programs have them).
I reported a bug because maybe some other user is having similar problems.
