When using the file menu after finishing with bookmark manager. The file drop
dwon menu options close and exit in bookmark manager closes the browser as well. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.From the browser, open Bookmarks manager via bookmarks dropdown menu
2.Update or modify bookmarks
3.Use dropdown file menu in Boookmarks window select exit or close

Actual Results:  
Browser is terminate as well as bookmarks manager window

Expected Results:  
Simply close or exited the bookmarks manager, not the browser.
