After I get "Please enter master code for PSMinternal FIPS-140-1 cryptogr."
message. I can not entor a correct code and get an "... error message -8182"
message. When I reset the master password, I get the same messages.

I suggest that you set the FIPS setting back to its default, which is off.
Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Certificates>Manage Security Devices>Disable FIPS. Then,
restart the browser.
