Enable the Vertical Sidebar

Steps to reproduce
- Have a Few Tabs Groups expanded on the Vertical TabStrip.
Expected result
The Group Colored line should be a pixel away from the Edge of the Browser.
There should be some space between the Edge of the browser and the Actual Group Line, according to FIGMA.
Actual result
- The Colored Group line is right at the edge of the Browser window.
- Darker Colors are harder to see on the Edge of the screen.
