Steps to reproduce
- Have at least 10 Tabs Groups collapsed on the Tab strip.
- Use the Scroll Arrows from the Tab Strip to navigate to the first Collapsed Group.
Expected result
User should be able to scroll through all collapsed Tab groups.
Actual result
- User is forced to view the first free tab from the Tab strip.
- User is unable to reach the First Tab group.
