I see the problem (1.3b/win2k) it's the top navigation that's missing. the problem is the broken comment syntax in the page: [html code] <!------------------- Top Bar & Banner --------------------> [banner code] <!------------------- Hot Menu Controls --------------------> [etc] <!------------------- Slider Menu Controls --------------------> this is not a mozilla/phoenix bug - the page is wrong (and IE is working around the errors in a non-standards-compliant way)

Micahel is right -- the page is claiming a XHTML doctype yet has malformed comments, relying on a comment-parsing bug in IE and NS4 that Mozilla only shares in quirks mode.

SO what am I supposed to do? Does this mean that I have to use IE to view this page? Id really rather not. Konquorer can view this site no problem, but when I am not using my linux box obviously that is not an option.

You could mail the site owner and ask him to fix it.... That's the usual approach when a site is coded to IE bugs.
